Book 2 - Post 1
For my second book, I decided to read Feel Good Productivity, by Ali Abdaal. In this book, the writer explains to the reader how to be productive whilst staying happy. Goal setting, managing time well, and having an excellent work-life balance is what consists in the backbone of the book, and Abdaal communicates this in rather effective ways. Additionally, Abdaal elaborates how stress is not good, both for productivity and health, and how we can avoid it.
Having just started the book, I can safely say that I am really enjoying it. Whilst I have not gotten too far, it would be preferable to apply what I learn in the book, to my every day life. Fortunately for the average college student, we do not go through too much stress other than school. We do not have to raise a family, or face some of the immense difficulties of being a self-productive adult. I would like to learn these attributes of the book, that I can slowly implement now in college, and then be very good at them when I am older.
